If you are collecting your times from the web page you must email to confirm that you have collected your times t o ensure your time is not reallocated.

After the times are collected it is important you let the competition organiser know directly if you are unable to attend.

Please note that if for any reason your times are not displayed please telephone the competition secretary, as stated on the schedule, during the times and on the date stated for the collection of times.

If you are collecting your times from the web page you must email to confirm that you have collected your times. 
Anyone who has not collected their times prior to the competition will be deemed to have withdrawn.

Also if you have to withdraw for any reason please text the organiser on 07902 291882 as early as possible and at least before the competition starts. Details for withdrawals are provided on each schedule.
